Trash Pickup Agreement
1. Services Provided:
Mount Vernon Dumpster Rental agrees to collect and remove household or business trash from the Client’s property located at the address submitted. Trash pickup will occur weekly on the day we provide you. (Please see website for updated holiday schedule.)

2. Fees:
The Client agrees to pay Mount Vernon Dumpster Rental according to the current price list as agreed upon (whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly). It is payable by cash, check or electronic payment on or before the due date. If you sign up for auto-pay you agree the payment will come out automatically according to the terms you agree to.

3. Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to place trash in appropriate containers and set them out the night before the scheduled pickup day in case of an early morning pickup. We cannot guarantee a pickup time. Mount Vernon Dumpster Rental will not be responsible for hazardous waste or materials not suitable for standard disposal. They will be left at the property.

4. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement within 30 days’ notice. Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination shall be paid in full.

5. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio
 

• Please check that the container is visible to the driver, within three feet of the curb and at least three feet away from other objects, such as cars, trees or other containers.
• Please place your container by the curb the night before as pickup times may vary.
• Container lids should be closed, and no additional trash should be placed on top or on the ground next to it.
• To help us keep your space clean, we recommend all trash be bagged.
• Only acceptable waste materials may be placed in the container.

• volatile, corrosive, flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, bio-hazardous, or regulated medical waste
• hazardous waste, toxic substance or material (as defined by, characterized or listed under applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations)
• any materials containing information protected by federal, state or local privacy and security laws or regulations
• special waste not approved in writing by Mount Vernon Dumpster Rental, including not limited to:

-lubricating/hydraulic oil
-medical waste
-motor oil
-other flammable liquids
-petroleum-contaminants
-propane tanks
-radioactive materials
-aerosol cans
-batteries
-oil filters
-antifreeze
-asbestos
-chemical products
-herbicides and pesticides
-soil/lead paint chips
-animals
-appliances
-barrels
-bricks
-concrete
-demo bricks
-dirt
-industrial waste
-microwaves
-monitors
-railroad ties
-televisions
-tree stumps
-all liquids
-contaminated oils
-fluorescent tubes
any items that could adversely affect the operation or useful life of the facility(ies) receiving customer's waste materials
any others items or materials prohibited by federal, state or local laws or regulations
